Launching 2027 · Texas first
Custody, documented.
The Keep is being built for parents raising children under a court order — a single place for the schedule, the handovers, the expenses and the record, kept in a form that still means something months later when somebody asks you to prove it.
What it is for
Most people living under a custody order are doing it without a lawyer on call. The order is long, the days are ordinary, and the things that matter later are the ones nobody thought to write down at the time.
Know where you stand
Your schedule, your handovers and your obligations in one place, so the question “whose weekend is this?” has an answer you can check rather than argue about.
A record that holds up
What happened, when, and what was supposed to happen — kept as you go, in a form you can hand to an attorney or a court without spending a weekend reconstructing it.
Works on your own
Your co-parent does not have to sign up for The Keep to make it worth having. Document, track and build your record alone, and bring them in whenever they are willing.
What we will not do
This product holds the most sensitive records a family has. The limits below are commitments, not marketing, and they are written into the privacy policy.
-
We do not sell your data. Ever. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. There is no version of The Keep where your case becomes someone else’s product.
-
We hold as little as we can. The server is built to know who you are and what you pay for. The details of your case stay on your device, and your backup is encrypted with a key we never receive.
-
No advertising, in the app or out of it. No trackers sold to third parties, no advertising identifiers, no retargeting you across the internet because of what you are going through.
-
You can take it with you, and you can delete it. Export everything at any time. Delete your account and it is gone, not archived. How deletion works.
It opens in Texas first
Family law is state law, and we will not present one state’s rules as another’s. Texas is first because it is where this was built and where it has been tested against a real order. Other states follow as counsel licensed in each one reviews them — tell us your state on the waitlist and we will weight the order by where people actually are.
